We do not persistently store the property addresses you search or the analysis results generated. Downloadable packages (PDFs) are generated in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. API credentials used to access third-party data services are stored server-side and are never exposed to your browser. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
