Binary201 Software Factory LLC, doing business as Binary201.com ("we," "us," or "our"), operates Instant Home Comps at instanthomecomps.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Instant Home Comps is a property data analysis tool that retrieves comparable property assessment information from public records and licensed data providers. The Service is designed to help property owners organize publicly available data to support their own property tax protest filings. We do not file protests on your behalf, provide legal or tax representation, or guarantee any outcome.

All property data, assessed values, comparable property information, tax rate estimates, and analysis reports are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. You must independently verify all information with your local appraisal district before relying on it or using it in any filing.

Nothing in the Service, including any generated documents, constitutes legal advice, tax advice, appraisal services, or professional consultation of any kind. The Service is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own property tax protest, including verifying deadlines, reviewing all data for accuracy, and submitting filings correctly and on time.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Independently verify all data before submitting any protest or filing
• Accept full responsibility for your protest filing and its outcome
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service

Access to downloadable protest packages requires a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a PDF has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at connect@binary201.com and we will make it right.

The Service, its design, content, and software are the property of Binary201 Software Factory LLC. "Instant Home Comps" is a service mark of Binary201 Software Factory LLC (pending registration). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party data providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern your interactions with their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binary201 Software Factory LLC, its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Service; reliance on any data or report provided; missed protest deadlines; or the outcome of any appraisal district proceeding. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binary201 Software Factory LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any data provided by the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
